Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final - all products are sold on an "as is" condition, customers are able to inspect their product(s) upon pick-up and/or delivery.

We make every effort possible to supply a quality product that is free from defects but unforeseen issues can occur due to the fact that as we are producing/providing upcycled products from natural wood items that have been retired from use in a significantly different industry than ours.
